The console indicates that IE8 is in use. Quickly tried to reproduce this with IE8 and another setting for iNotes server seen in the console log enabled, but couldn't reproduce the issue. So there is a possibility that the problem is specific to client environment.
If you hit F12 in IE8, go to script tab, make sure the 5th icon in the tool bar (Break On Error) is on, and hit Start Debugging, IE8 stops when the error happens. It'll pinpoint where in Btw() function caused the problem and will help support folks to diagnose further.
